Immediate reporting of a lost or stolen card or code is the best way to reduce your risk of financial loss.
As a valued Debit Card customer you may receive a phone call from our Debit Card Fraud Prevention service provider if transactions are considered suspicious. If there are possible fraudulent transactions suspected, they will make numerous attempts to call you.
If contact attempts are exhausted to no avail, for your protection, your card will be restricted for further purchases. Therefore, it is very important that we are provided up-to-date contact information for you. Please note that our Fraud Prevention service provider will never ask for your card number; however, they will verify your zip code. If you do not answer the phone call, you will receive a message asking you to call 1-800-262-2042 to confirm the transaction(s).
They will provide a case number, which you will need when you call them. If you do not have your case number, please contact Peoples Federal at 260-925-2500 for assistance.
